Pizza is that dish which can fit in the menu of lunch, dinner as well as an appetite for parties easily. For dough:

  1. White flour: 2 cups (fine and clean)
  2. Yeast: one and a half tablespoon
  3. Sugar: One tablespoon
  4. Egg: One
  5. Oil: 2 tablespoons.
  6. For Chicken:Boneless chicken: 250 grams (sliced in cubes)
  7. Garlic cloves: Two to three pieces
  8. Spices: According to taste
  9. Salt: According to taste
  10. Vinegar, Soya sauce and Chili sauce: 3 tablespoon each.

For toppings:

  1. Pizza Sauce: Three-fourth cup
  2. Cheese: One and a half cup (grated)
  3. Onion and tomato: half cup each (chopped in cubes)
  4. Olives: Few of them for the topping.


Take the warm water in a bowl and dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar in it completely. Then add the yeast in the bowl, mix it with a spoon and set it aside for 15 to 20 minutes until the mixture has risen enough. In the separate bowl, add the flour, egg, oil and mix all these ingredients. Make a proper dough making sure that lumps are not formed using the mixture of water and yeast. Cover the bowl with lid or plastic sheet and set it aside for 2 to 3 hours. In the meanwhile, prepare the chicken for the pizza. For that purpose, follow the steps enumerated below: Take the oil in the pan and wait for it until it is warm. Add the garlic cloves, fry them until they are golden brown. Add the finely chopped green chilies along with the spices and salt in the pan. Fry for some time and then add the chicken in the pan. Fry chicken for 5 to 6 minutes, add the sauces (Vinegar, Soya Sauce and Chili Sauce) in the chicken. Fry them for some time in the oil and then cover the pan with lid. Leave the chicken on steam for 10 to 12 minutes until it is completely cooked. Take out the dough and divide it into two equal parts. Convert each one of them into circular shape and now is the time to arrange the toppings for the Pizza. First and foremost, apply the pizza sauce making sure that every part of dough is covered in pizza sauce completely. Apply the layer of cheese on the dough about pizza sauce and time to add the chicken you cooked on with the chopped vegetables. Once all done, add sufficient amount of cheese on the pizza to cover the whole surface. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven at 250 degree Celsius for 15 minutes and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes until it is completely cooked.
